Request for Proposals For Last Chance Road and Camp Skylark Forest Health Projects Permitting and Implementation Oversight

The Resource Conservation District of Santa Cruz County (RCD) is a special district organized under state law. The RCD is a non-regulatory public benefit district to help people protect, conserve, and restore natural resources through information, education, and technical assistance programs.

The RCD is seeking Registered Professional Forester (RPF) services to support the permitting and implementation oversight of the “Last Chance Road Forest Health Project” and the “Camp Skylark Forest Health Project,” two high-priority fuel reduction treatment projects on private land in the coastal zone of northern Santa Cruz County for improving forest health.
