Kelley Bell is Vice President of Social and Environmental Impact at Driscoll’s, the leading global brand for fresh berries. Kelley and her team partner with business leaders to take action to better our communities and integrate social and environmental commitments into core strategic decisions. With more than 100 years of farming heritage and over 700 independent growers in 23 countries, Driscoll’s vision is to enrich the lives of everyone throughout the business enterprise. Kelley has been with Driscoll’s for fourteen years and has created the vision for Driscoll’s community level impact, leading the company’s charitable, labor standards and collaborative environmental efforts. She founded the Pajaro Valley Community Water Dialogue (a multi-stakeholder group working to balance the local aquifer in a constrained environment). Kelley has created multiple functions at the company and served as Global Interim HR Lead. She was the first women to join Driscoll’s Executive Team in 2008 and has served on what is now the Global Leadership Team for 10 years. Kelley is a graduate from Santa Clara University. She has lived in Ben Lomond in the San Lorenzo Valley for over 20 Years with her husband and two girls.
